§ 42‑74.  Preliminary oremergency relief.

The district court shall havethe authority at any time to issue a temporary restraining order, grant apreliminary injunction, or take such other actions as the court deems necessaryto enjoin or prevent the commission of criminal activity on or in the immediatevicinity of leased residential premises, or otherwise to protect the rights andinterests of all tenants and residents. A violation of any such duly issuedorder or preliminary relief shall subject the violator to civil or criminalcontempt. (1995, c. 419, s. 1.)
