§46‑16. Partial partition; balance sold or left in common.
In all proceedings under thisChapter actual partition may be made of a part of the land sought to bepartitioned and a sale of the remainder; or a part only of any land held bytenants in common, or joint tenants, may be partitioned and the remainder heldin cotenancy.
