§ 47‑54.1.  Registrationby register's assistants or deputies.

All registrations ofinstruments heretofore made in the office of register of deeds of the severalcounties by the register's assistant or deputy, and signed in the name of theregister of deeds by the assistant or deputy, and initialed by the assistant ordeputy, instead of being signed by them as assistant or deputy, when suchregistrations are in all other respects regular, are hereby validated anddeclared to be of the same force and effect as if signed by the assistant ordeputy in the respective capacity.
