§47‑62.  Probates before interested notaries.

The proof and acknowledgmentof instruments required by law to be registered in the office of the registerof deeds of a county, and all privy examinations of a feme covert to suchinstruments made before any notary public on or since March 11, 1907, arehereby declared valid and sufficient, notwithstanding the notary may have beeninterested as attorney, counsel or otherwise in such instruments.
