§47‑81. Before commissioners of deeds.
Any deed or other instrumentpermitted by law to be registered, and which has prior to the third day ofMarch, 1913, been proved or acknowledged before a commissioner of deeds, isvalidated; and its registration is authorized and validated. (1913,c. 39, s. 2; C.S., s. 3362.)
