In all cases where the deed ofa corporation executed before the first day of January, 1918, is properlyexecuted, properly recorded and there is error in the probate of said corporation'sdeed as to the name or names of the officers in said probate, said deed shallbe construed to be a deed of the same force and effect as if said probate werein every way proper.
