A description of a condominium unit which sets forth the name of thecondominium, the recording data for the declaration, and the identifying numberof the unit or which otherwise complies with the general requirements of thelaws of this State concerning description of real property is sufficient legaldescription of that unit and all rights, obligations, and interests appurtenantto that unit which were created by the declaration or bylaws.
