A validly executedcollaborative law agreement shall toll all legal time periods applicable tolegal rights and issues under law between the parties for the amount of timethe collaborative law agreement remains in effect. This section applies to anyapplicable statutes of limitations, filing deadlines, or other time limitationsimposed by law or court rule, including setting a hearing or trial in the case,imposing discovery deadlines, and requiring compliance with scheduling orders.
