§ 50‑98.  Parentingcoordinator records.

(a)        The parentingcoordinator shall provide the following to the attorneys for the parties and tothe parties:

(1)        A written summary ofthe developments in the case following each meeting with the parties.

(2)        Copies of any otherwritten communications.

(b)        The parentingcoordinator shall maintain records of each meeting. These records may only besubpoenaed by order of the judge presiding over the case. The court must reviewthe records in camera and may release the records to the parties and theirattorneys only if the court determines release of the information contained inthe records will assist the parties with the presentation of their case attrial. (2005‑228,s. 1.)
