§52B‑11.  Severability.

If any provision of thisChapter or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, theinvalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of the Chapterwhich can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and tothis end the provisions of this act are severable. (1987, c. 473, s. 1.)
