§52C‑2‑202.  Procedure when exercising jurisdiction overnonresident.

A court of this Stateexercising personal jurisdiction over a nonresident under G.S. 52C‑2‑201may apply G.S. 52C‑3‑315 to receive evidence from another state,and G.S. 52C‑3‑317 to obtain discovery through a tribunal ofanother state. In all other respects, Articles 3 through 7 of this Chapter donot apply and the tribunal shall apply the procedural and substantive law ofthis State, including the rules on choice of law other than those establishedby this Chapter.
