§ 52C‑2‑203. Initiating and responding tribunal of state.
Under this Chapter, a tribunalof this State may serve as an initiating tribunal to forward proceedings toanother state and as a responding tribunal for proceedings initiated in anotherstate. (1995, c. 538, s. 7(c); 1997‑433, s. 10.1; 1998‑17,s. 1.)
