§ 52C‑6‑604. Choice of law.
(a) The law of theissuing state governs the nature, extent, amount, and duration of currentpayments and other obligations of support and the payment of arrears under theorder.
(b) In a proceeding forarrears, the statute of limitations under the laws of this State or of theissuing state, whichever is longer, applies. (1995, c. 538, s. 7(c).)
