No corporation or associationhereafter organized or doing business for profit in this State shall beentitled to use the term "mutual" as part of its corporate or otherbusiness name or title, unless it has complied with the provisions of thisSubchapter; and any corporation or association violating the provisions of thissection may be enjoined from doing business under such name at the instance ofany shareholder of any association legally organized under this Subchapter.
