Article 19.
Purpose and Organization.
§ 54‑129. Declarationof policy.
In order to promote, foster,and encourage the intelligent and orderly producing and marketing ofagricultural products through cooperation, and to eliminate speculation andwaste, and to make the distribution of agricultural products as direct as canbe efficiently done between producer and consumer, and to stabilize themarketing problems of agricultural products, this Subchapter is enacted.
