§54‑156.  Contracts and agreements with other associations.

Any association may, uponresolution adopted by its board of directors, enter into all necessary andproper contracts and agreements, and make all necessary and properstipulations, agreements and contracts and arrangements with any othercooperative corporation, association, or associations, formed in this or in anyother state, for the cooperative and more economical carrying on of itsbusiness, or any part or parts thereof. Any two or more associations may, byagreement between them, unite in employing and using or may separately employand use the same methods, means, and agencies for carrying on and conductingtheir respective businesses.
