§ 54B‑127. Negotiableorders of withdrawal.
Notwithstanding any otherprovisions of law, the Commissioner of Banks shall by regulation, authorizeassociations to accept deposits to withdrawable accounts which may be withdrawnor transferred on or by negotiable or transferable order or authorization tothe association.
