The Commissioner of Banksshall have the power to enforce the provisions of this Article, including thedivestiture requirement of G.S. 54B‑48.5(b), through an action in anycourt of this State or any other state or in any court of the United States forthe purpose of obtaining an appropriate remedy for violation of any provisionof this Article, including such criminal penalties as are contemplated by G.S.54B‑66.
