§ 54B‑67.  Primaryjurisdiction.

Whenever an agency of theUnited States government shall defer to the Commissioner of Banks, or notifythe Commissioner of Banks of pending action against an association chartered bythis State or fail to exercise its authority over any State‑ or federally‑charteredassociation doing business in this State, the Commissioner of Banks shall havethe authority to exercise jurisdiction over such association.
