§55‑9A‑07.  Severability.

If any provision or clause ofthis Article or application thereof to any person or circumstance is heldinvalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications ofthis Article that can be given effect without the invalid provision orapplication, and to this end the provisions of this Article are declared to beseverable.
