§58‑15‑20.  Eligible contracting persons.

(a)        Persons of thisState may enter into reciprocal insurance contracts with each other and withpersons of other states and countries.

(b)        For any corporationnow existing or subsequently organized under the laws of this State, theauthority to enter into reciprocal insurance contracts is in addition to theauthority conferred upon it in its charter and is incidental to the purposesfor which the corporation is organized.
