§58‑2‑65.  License surrenders.

This section applies topersons or entities licensed under Articles 1 through 64, 65 and 66, 67, 69,70, or 71 of this Chapter, or Article 9A of Chapter 143 of the GeneralStatutes.  When a licensee is accused of any act, omission, or misconduct thatwould subject the license to suspension or revocation, the licensee, with theconsent and approval of the Commissioner, may surrender the license for aperiod of time established by the Commissioner.  A person or entity who surrendersa license shall not thereafter be eligible for or submit any application forlicensure during the period of license surrender. (1989, c. 485, s. 30.)
