An order issued by anydistrict court of the United States enjoining a risk retention group fromsoliciting or selling insurance, or operating, in any state, or in all statesor in any territory or possession of the United States, upon a finding thatsuch a group is in a hazardous financial condition, is enforceable in thecourts of this State.
