§ 58‑3‑151. Deemer provisions.

No entity subject to theCommissioner's jurisdiction and regulation shall be fined or penalized by theCommissioner for using forms, contracts, schedules of premiums, or otherdocuments required to be filed and approved under this Chapter or for executingcontracts required to be filed and approved under this Chapter if those forms,contracts, schedules of premiums, or other documents have been by law deemed tohave been approved, and the entity has notified the Commissioner before usingthe filing or executing the contract that the law has deemed the filing or thecontract to be approved. (2001‑334, s. 14.)
