§58‑30‑245.  Reopening liquidation.

After the liquidationproceeding has been terminated and the liquidator discharged, the Commissioneror other interested party may at any time petition the Court to reopen theproceedings for good cause, including the discovery of additional assets.  Ifthe Court is satisfied that there is justification for reopening, it shall soorder. (1989, c. 452, s. 1.)
