§58‑30‑310.  Exemption from filing fees.

As used in this section,"Commissioner" includes the Commissioner's deputies, employees, orattorneys of record.  The Commissioner is not required to pay any fee to anypublic officer in this State for filing, recording, issuing a transcript orcertificate, or authenticating any paper or instrument pertaining to theexercise by the Commissioner of any of the powers or duties conferred upon himunder this Article.  This section applies whether or not the paper or instrumentis connected with the commencement of an action or proceeding by or against theCommissioner or with the subsequent conduct of an action or proceeding. (1989(Reg. Sess., 1990), c. 1069, s. 15.)
