§58‑30‑50. Continuation of delinquency proceedings.
Every proceeding that wascommenced under the laws in effect before June 26, 1989, is deemed to have beencommenced under this Article for the purpose of conducting the proceeding;except that in the discretion of the Commissioner the proceeding may becontinued, in whole or in part, as it would have been continued had thisArticle not been enacted.
