§ 58‑33‑1. Scope.

This Article governs thequalifications and procedures for the licensing of agents, brokers, limitedrepresentatives, adjusters, and motor vehicle damage appraisers. This Articleapplies to any and all kinds of insurance and insurers under this Chapter. Forpurposes of this Article, all references to insurance include annuities, unlessthe context otherwise requires. (1987, c. 629, s. 1; 2001‑203, s. 1.)
