(a) No insurancepremium finance agreement form or related form shall be used in this Stateunless it has been filed with and written approval given by the Commissioner.
(b) In addition each insurancepremium finance company shall file with the Commissioner the service chargerate plan to be used in insurance premium financing including all modificationsof service charges to be paid by the insured or others under the insurancepremium finance agreement. Such filings shall not be used in this State untilwritten approval has been given by the Commissioner. (1963,c. 1118.)
