§58‑35‑90.  Violations; penalties.

Any person who shall engage inthe business referred to in this Article without first receiving a license, orwho shall fail to secure a renewal of his license upon the expiration of thelicense year, or shall engage in the business herein referred to after thelicense has been suspended or revoked as herein provided, or who shall fail orrefuse to furnish the information required of the Commissioner, or who shallwillfully and knowingly enter false information on an insurance premium financeagreement, or who shall fail to observe the rules and regulations made by theCommissioner pursuant to this Article, shall be deemed guilty of a Class 1misdemeanor.
