Statistical organizationslicensed pursuant to G.S. 58‑40‑50 and admitted insurers areauthorized to exchange information and experience data between and amongthemselves in this State and with statistical organizations and insurers inother states and may consult with them with respect to rate making and theapplication of rating systems.
