§58‑40‑95.  Apportionment agreements among insurers.

Agreements may be made betweenor among insurers with respect to equitable apportionment among them ofinsurance which may be afforded applicants who are in good faith entitled tobut who are unable to procure such insurance through ordinary methods.  Theinsurers may agree between or among themselves on the use of reasonable ratemodifications for such insurance, agreements, and rate modifications to besubject to the approval of the Commissioner. (1977, c. 828, s. 2.)
