§ 58‑42‑50. Immunity of Commissioner and plan participants.
There shall be no liability onthe part of, and no cause of action shall arise against the Commissioner, hisrepresentatives, or any plan, its participants, or its employee for any goodfaith action taken by them in the performance of their powers and duties increating any plan pursuant to this Article.
