§58‑62‑66. Examination of the Association; annual report.
The Association is subject toexamination and regulation by the Commissioner. The Board shall submit to theCommissioner each year, not later than 120 days after the Association's fiscalyear, a financial report in a form approved by the Commissioner and a report ofits activities during the preceding fiscal year.
