The purpose of this Article isto provide that insurance certificates and subscriber contracts under thisArticle and Article 65 of this Chapter be readable by a person of averageintelligence, experience, and education. All insurers are required by thisArticle to use certificate and contract forms and, where applicable, benefitbooklets that are written in simple and commonly used language, that arelogically and clearly arranged, and that are printed in a legible format.
