A nonrefundable license fee oftwo hundred dollars ($200.00) shall be paid to the Commissioner with eachapplication for license as a bail bondsman and a license fee of one hundredtwenty dollars ($120.00) shall be paid to the Commissioner with eachapplication for license as a runner.
