§58‑73‑35.  Expense of fiduciary bond charged to fund.

A receiver, assignee, trustee,committee, guardian, executor or administrator, or other fiduciary required bylaw to give a bond as such, may include as part of his lawful expenses suchsums paid to such companies for such suretyship to the extent of bond premiumsactually paid per annum on the account of such bonds as the clerk, judge orcourt may allow.
