§ 62‑311. Willfulacts of employees deemed those of public utility.
The willful act of any officer, agent, or employee of a public utility,acting within the scope of his official duties of employment, shall, for thepurpose of this Article, be deemed to be the willful act of the utility. (1933, c. 307, s. 29; 1963, c. 1165, s. 1.)
