§63‑18.  Dangerous flying a misdemeanor.

Any airman or passenger who,while in flight over a thickly inhabited area or over a public gathering withinthis State, shall engage in trick or acrobatic flying, or in any acrobaticfeat, or shall except while in landing or taking off, fly at such a low levelas to disturb the public peace or the rights of private persons in theenjoyment of their homes, or injure the health, or endanger the persons orproperty on the surface beneath, or drop any object except loose water or loosesand ballast, shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
