§65‑51.  Principal office.

The principal office of theCommission shall be in the City of Raleigh, North Carolina. Notice of allregular and special meetings of the Commission shall be advertised 10 or moredays in advance in at least three newspapers in North Carolina having inter‑countycirculation in the State. Each member of the Commission shall receive per diemand allowances in accordance with G.S. 138‑5. The administrator of theCommission, other employees required to attend and legal counsel to theCommission shall be entitled to actual expenses while attending regular orspecial meetings of the Commission held other than in Raleigh, North Carolina.All expenses of the Commission shall be paid from funds coming to theCommission pursuant to this Article.
