§ 65‑93.  Funds to bekept perpetually.

All money placed in the officeof the superior court clerk in accordance with this Part shall be heldperpetually, or until such time as the balance of the trust corpus falls belowone hundred dollars ($100.00), at which time the trust shall terminate, and theclerk shall disburse the remaining balance as provided in G.S. 36A‑147(c).Except as otherwise provided herein, no one shall have authority to withdraw orchange the direction of the income on same.
