§66‑123. Prohibited practices.
(a) No person shallsell any prepaid entertainment contract or contracts which, when taken togetherwith all other contracts in force between the parties have an aggregateduration of service in excess of three years.
(b) No person shallsell any prepaid entertainment contract unless performance of that contract isto begin within 180 days. (1979, c. 833, s. 1.)
