(a) Any person injuredby a violation of this Article, or breach of any obligation created by thisArticle or contract subject thereto, may bring an action for recovery ofdamages, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
(b) The violation ofany provision of this Article shall constitute an unfair act or practice underG.S. 75‑1.1.
(c) The remediesprovided herein shall be in addition to any other remedies provided by law orequity. (1981, c. 610, s. 1.)
