§66‑7. Who to pay inspectors' fees; penalty for extortion.
The fees of inspectors shallbe paid by the purchaser or exporter of the articles inspected, and if anyinspector shall receive any greater fees than are by law allowed, he shallforfeit and pay ten dollars ($10.00) for every offense to any person suing forthe same.
