§68‑44.  Penalty for violation of G.S. 68‑42.

Any person, firm orcorporation violating the provisions of G.S. 68‑42 shall be guilty of aClass 3 misdemeanor. (1957, c. 1057, s. 2; 1993, c. 539, s. 541; 1994, Ex.Sess., c. 24, s. 14(c).)
