§ 74C‑1. Title.
This Chapter may be cited asthe Private Protective Services Act. The purpose of this act is to increasethe level of integrity, competency, and performance of Private ProtectiveService Professions in order to safeguard the public health, safety, andwelfare. (1979, c. 818, s. 2; 1989, c. 759, s. 1.)
