§74D‑13. Transfer of funds.
All fees collected pursuant toChapter 74C of the General Statutes from alarm systems businesses which havenot been expended upon January 1, 1984, shall be transferred to the Board bythe Private Protective Services Board for the purpose of defraying the expensesof administering this act.
