§76‑43.  Anchorage in range of lighthouses.

If the master of any vesselshall anchor on the range line of any range of lights established by the UnitedStates Lighthouse Board, unless such anchorage is unavoidable, he shall beguilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor, and punished only by a fine not to exceedfifty dollars ($50.00).
