§ 77‑106. Staffing;meeting facilities; assistance by agencies.
The Department of Environmentand Natural Resources shall provide staffing and meeting facilities for theAdvisory Committee. All agencies of the State shall cooperate with the AdvisoryCommittee and, upon request, shall assist the Advisory Committee in fulfillingits responsibilities. (2002‑177, s. 1.)
