§ 7A‑230.  Jurytrial on appeal.

The appellant in his written notice of appeal may demand a jury on thetrial de novo. Within 10 days after receipt of the notice of appeal statingthat the costs of the appeal have been paid, any appellee by written notice servedon all parties and on the clerk of superior court may demand a jury on thetrial de novo. (1965, c. 310, s.1; 1981, c. 599, s. 3.)
